I don't doubt what you say but this is the first time I have had a over a year rock solid service with absolutely no issues of any kind. Hmm I specifically called and they gave me a resounding "no" saying that they don't support the RRR and I cannot use it. If you can not get logged in to your Wireless router, here a few possible solutions you can try.
